Paris Couple Photoshoot: Pregnancy Announcement in Jardin du Luxembourg by Ksenia Paris Photo
I had the unique experience of being pregnant in Paris Fall of 2023-Spring of 2024. One of the most special things that I did during my pregnancy in Paris was book a photoshoot with a local photographer to capture images for our pregnancy announcement.
I also wanted some images to capture my husband and I in Paris, since we’d been living there almost two years at the time and didn’t have any real photos of our life there.
We booked a photoshoot with the amazing Ksenia Paris Photo. I had been following her work on Instagram and truthfully didn’t know if she offered couple photoshoots since most of her work is fashion and lifestyle related.
I loved Ksenia’s work - the way she captured the movement of people, the storytelling, all set within the backdrop of Paris.
I was incredibly excited to receive her acceptance to our shoot and we booked it a day in October. Unfortunately (so we thought), it was raining heavily all morning, but I hoped that it would clear out before our shoot. The rain did not clear, however, the rainy Paris photoshoot turned out amazing and captured the reality of living in Paris.
I highly recommend booking reaching out to Ksenia Paris Photo for you Paris photoshoot needs, whether its individual photography, photography for a Paris engagement or a couple or family photoshoot in Paris. We ended up booking her two more times (for a later maternity shoot and a family photoshoot with our little girl). Her work is amazing and you will treasure the images forever.
